Smilimedia provides a service that turns YouTube videos or local files into clips with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

3. User Conduct

  • You must have the legal rights to the content you upload or provide links to.
  • The App must not be used for any illegal activities or to infringe upon the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to the original content you upload.
  • By using the App, you grant Smilimedia a license to process your content for the purpose of creating clips.
  • Smilimedia does not claim ownership over the content you upload or the clips created.

5. Interaction with Third-party Services

  • By using Smilimedia with YouTube links, you agree to abide by YouTube‘s Terms of Service.
  • Smilimedia is not responsible for any violations of third-party terms or copyright infringements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smilimedia shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any issues with third-party platforms.

7. Modifications to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions of the ToS will be posted on our website, and changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

8. Termination

Smilimedia reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these ToS or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

If no credits or exports/downloads are made within 14 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the necessary details, and we will process it as per the eligibility criteria.
